CHILD pornography charges against an Omagh man have been withdrawn after prosecutors offered no evidence in the case.
Keith Morrow, 33, from Pinewood Avenue, was accused of two charges of inciting Lanslide Incorporated, its proprietors and employees, to distribute or show indecent photographs or pseudo photographs of a child.
The charge related to a date unknown between March 1, 1999, and July 30 of the same year.
At East Tyrone Magistrates Court yesterday, Wednesday, a defence barrister applied to have the charges withdrawn on the basis that the Department of Public Prosecution was offering no evidence. The application was granted.
